✔ The valve has a simple and compact structure, is easy to operate, assemble and disassemble, and convenient for maintenance. The valve body channel is designed smoothly without accumulation, resulting in low flow resistance.

✔ The valve parts are manufactured with high precision, and all parts are interchangeable among valves of the same specification, facilitating maintenance and replacement. The valve disc interchangeability rate reaches 100%.

✔ The remote control float valve adopts a soft sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and normal opening and closing under a minimum pressure difference below 0.05MPa.

✔ The diaphragm of the remote control float valve has high strength and good flexibility, capable of withstanding at least 1 million opening operations, with continuous operation without failure for no less than 3000 hours, and a service life of at least 10 years.

✔ The valve has a full bore diameter, which can increase flow velocity, improve flow rate, reduce flow resistance, decrease valve wear, and extend valve service life.

✔ It uses a 304 stainless steel reset spring with strong spring performance, ensuring rapid opening with a minimum opening pressure not exceeding 0.05Mpa. The spring material also has corrosion resistance.

✔ Through design, calculation, and 3D simulation, the internal structure of Yuanda stainless steel float valve is streamlined, making the minimum cross-sectional area of the flow channel greater than 0.81 times the valve bore area, thereby reducing fluid pressure loss; increasing valve flow; reducing valve flow resistance; minimizing internal part wear; and facilitating cleaning and maintenance.

Compared with single shaft hole positioning, double shaft hole guidance provides more stable and precise motion guidance, allowing the valve disc to accurately and reliably seal with the sealing surface, improving valve sealing performance.

This product’s valve body adopts a full-channel streamlined design, resulting in low fluid resistance, large flow, and good sealing effect. Equipped with a pilot control system on the main valve, it uses the float’s movement with the liquid level to link the copper pilot valve to open and close, thereby controlling the main valve’s water supply and cutoff. It can automatically control the water level of water towers or pools; the valve opens quickly and closes slowly, does not produce water hammer, is flexible and durable, has high liquid level control accuracy, and the water level is not affected by water pressure. This product is suitable for automatic water supply systems in industrial and mining enterprises, residential buildings’ pools and water towers, and can also be used in atmospheric boiler circulation water supply systems.
