Structure Classification
✔ Can be divided into two-piece and three-piece metal-sealed ball valves. The sealing surface of the ball seat is sprayed with hard alloy welding technology, with an alloy thickness ≥0.8mm and hardness value ≥52HRC, enabling the valve’s sealing pair to withstand corrosion, erosion, and wear from particles, sand, slag, coal slag, corrosive gases, etc., ensuring the product’s sealing performance and service life. After welding, the ball is ground with a special grinding machine, achieving roundness of 0.005~0.008mm and surface roughness of 0.1μm. The sealing pair fits tightly, providing superior sealing performance, especially suitable for high-pressure and particle erosion harsh conditions.

★ Excellent Design Concept
The valve adopts a two-piece floating ball or three-piece fixed ball design, with the ball and valve stem designed separately. The valve body material can be cast or forged according to user requirements. The ball stem material is selected, with the ball made of different austenitic stainless steel materials and the valve stem made of 17-4PH, ensuring both the material requirements for ball hardening treatment and the strength of the valve stem.
Yuanda Valve’s unique integrated full isolation valve seat patent (Patent No. ZL202022217094.1) design effectively prevents solid particles from entering the spring gap. The spring is made of Inconel X-750 nickel alloy material, which is high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and oxidation-resistant.

Scraper structures are designed on both the inner and outer sides of the valve seat sealing surface. When the valve opens or closes, it can automatically clean impurities and dirt adhered to the ball surface.

Quantitative preloaded dynamic active load sealing patent (Patent No. ZL 2021 2 1859290.7) design: The quantitatively compressed disc spring group in the enclosed space provides continuous sealing preload for the packing, automatically compensating for packing leakage caused by changes in packing due to valve operation, temperature and pressure cycles, and time-related packing volume changes.
★ Double block and bleed function structure design
Double block function: Metal hard-sealed fixed ball valves generally use a front ball valve seat sealing structure. Its two valve seats can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends to achieve double block function.
Bleed function: When the ball is in the closed position, even if both ends of the valve inlet and outlet are pressurized simultaneously, the valve cavity and the two end channels are blocked from each other. The residual medium in the cavity clamped between the two valve seat sealing surfaces can be discharged through the bleed channel.

When the medium pressure in the valve cavity abnormally rises, the retreating valve seat design ensures that the cavity pressure pushes the valve seat to automatically relieve pressure, ensuring valve safety.

Hardened treatment design of the flow path to prevent corrosion, wear, and erosion of the medium is solved by the following two measures:

Black water, gray water, coal slurry ball valve
Special metal hard-sealed ball valves for black water, gray water, and coal slurry, specially designed for the complex working conditions of coal gasification. It is a special hard-sealed ball valve that can adapt to high temperature, high pressure, and high wear resistance conditions. It mainly solves the common problems of valves in gasification devices used in coal slurry feeding and black water process pipelines, where valves cannot open or close normally due to medium scaling and wear. It is developed as a key valve suitable for gasification devices handling coal slurry, black water, and gray water, improving valve service life and ensuring long-term operation of the entire gasification device. Black water is actually water discharged directly from the bottom of the gasifier and scrubber, containing most of the gasification residual carbon; gray water is water discharged directly from the bottom of the gasifier and scrubber, treated by flash evaporation, sedimentation, clarification, and slag removal.
The characteristics of black water and gray water are complex composition, containing a large amount of solid particles, prone to scaling, high chloride ion concentration, containing H2S and other acidic substances, high temperature and high pressure. Black water and gray water coal slurry ball valves are used for frequent opening and closing (once every half hour), fast opening and closing speed (generally 3 to 10 seconds), high temperature and high pressure (generally Class 600 to Class 900 pressure rating), and media conditions containing a large amount of solid hard particles such as gray water, black water, gray slurry, and coal slurry. The product has good sealing performance, reliable sealing, and long service life.
