Product Introduction
This valve features special structures such as fire resistance, anti-static, self-relieving valve seat, lip seal, stem blowout prevention, extended valve cover, and elastic preloaded packing gland design. The valve materials’ strength and sealing structure design are specially treated according to working conditions. This ensures that the material and structural requirements and characteristics match the properties of low-temperature media, providing necessary conditions for the safe shut-off of process pipelines and guaranteeing the safety and stability of the process.
This valve is designed based on low-temperature conditions (-110 to -50°C). The extended valve cover meets the minimum extension length of the valve cover neck for non-cold box valves as specified in GB/T 24925. For ultra-low temperature conditions (-196 to -110°C), such as liquid nitrogen and LNG, the valve materials can undergo cryogenic treatment and cryogenic testing at our factory. Additionally, Lip-Seals (lip-shaped sealing rings, also known as spring-energized packing rings) are added at various sealing points of the valve (left and right body seals, body to packing box seals, packing seals, etc.). The Lip-Seal material is made of modified PTFE combined with a self-tightening spring (Elgioy special alloy), providing excellent self-sealing performance under harsh conditions.
